Welcome to My Indie Hacker Journey Blog

Hello and welcome to my blog! My entrepreneurial journey began at just 16, after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. A friend in high school introduced me to the book, which opened my eyes to a path beyond the standard school-to-university-to-9-to-5 trajectory. This realization sparked a drive to explore entrepreneurship and side hustles alongside my education, with the goal of building profitable side projects during high school and university.

My early ventures were a mix of Shopify dropshipping with friends and app development. While I learned a lot, I didn’t succeed in monetizing these efforts. In 2019, I decided to take a more hands-on approach by launching a sole proprietorship in web design and development. After emailing numerous local restaurants without websites, I finally landed my first project. The website for sandvikafolkebad.no – a milestone that marked the start of my freelance web development career.

Since then, my skills, portfolio, and client base have grown significantly. By saying “yes” to almost every opportunity, I expanded my experience and gradually took on more complex projects. Today, I focus on building full-scale web applications and SaaS products, and I’m excited to bring this expertise into the indie hacker space as I embark on new startup ventures.
